What You’ll Be Doing:

 

As a Key Account Manager in Xometry Türkiye, you will be responsible for identifying new customers, strengthening relationships with existing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic sales initiatives in the assigned area or sector
  • Build and expand a portfolio of key accounts by identifying new customers and deepening long-term relationships with existing ones.
  • Conduct regular and purposeful customer visits to uncover needs, offer tailored solutions, and position Xometry as a trusted manufacturing partner.
  • Deliver impactful, value-driven presentations that effectively communicate our unique offering and technological capabilities.
  • Explore and develop alternative sales channels while representing the company in alignment with its broader commercial and market strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end project processes for assigned accounts, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking of opportunities, account activities, and pipeline performance within the company’s CRM and reporting systems.
  • Act as a strategic partner to your accounts, maintaining strong relationships and continuously identifying new areas for collaboration and growth.

 

 

What it takes:

 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Experience in any of 3D Printing, CNC Machining, Plastic Injection Molding or Sheet Metal Fabrication applications is preferred. But not must.
  • At least B1 level English both written and verbal
  • This role is hybrid in Istanbul, remote in other cities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Extremely self-motivation with a diligent work ethic.
  • Passionate about start-up culture.
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company.
