About the Team
The Software & Data Platform team builds the foundational customer-facing software layer—including Xpanner Connect—that connects machine automation, jobsite workflows, and real-time field execution to deliver actionable insights, progress tracking, and measurable productivity to our customers.
What You’ll Do
How you’ll make impact:
You will serve as the critical layer turning machine automation and raw field activity into customer value by owning software discovery, product definition, and roadmap execution for Xpanner Connect and jobsite software products
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead customer workflow discovery across EPCs, construction companies, operators, and field teams to translate real-world jobsite pain points into actionable PRDs, user stories, and strategic roadmap items.
- Drive end-to-end product ownership for Xpanner Connect, defining features across jobsite dashboards, map-based progress views, machine data visualization, production tracking, alerts, and admin workflows.
- Define machine data capture, data structures, event tracking, and customer-facing reporting metrics in close collaboration with hardware, cloud, and engineering teams.
- Manage the complete software delivery lifecycle from discovery and design through QA, field testing, release coordination, and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including software and data engineers, designers, hardware PMs, sales, and field operations—to align technical feasibility with commercial impact.
- Enable commercial growth and customer success through product demos, ROI articulation, user feedback loops, and input on software packaging and monetization.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of heavy equipment GPS systems, telematics, IoT devices, robotics, or geospatial software.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and design tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, SQL, APIs, data visualization tools) and building multi-user enterprise permission/admin models.
Why You’ll Love It Here
- Join a fast-growing company helping modernize one of the world’s largest industries through construction automation and intelligent equipment technology.
- Play a foundational role in a high-growth U.S. operation, where you will have direct ownership in building, scaling, and optimizing processes across the organization.
