
Senior Sales Manager

Develop and implement sales strategies for automotive OEMs in overseas markets to achieve sales targets.

Organize and participate in overseas exhibitions, product launch events, and other marketing activities.

Manage regional inventory (purchases, sales, and stock) and collaborate with the Chinese headquarters to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

Oversee regional dealer retail operations and enhance dealer sales performance.

Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and customer acquisition.

Analyze overseas market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs, providing actionable market feedback.

A minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry, with experience in new energy vehicle (NEV) companies preferred.

Extensive experience in automotive dealer management.

Strong market analysis skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Fluent in English and able to work effectively in cross-cultural environments.

Able to adapt to frequent business travel, including short-term trips to China, with strong stress tolerance.
