As the Program Manager for the Robotics team, you will be responsible for driving program execution, coordinating timelines, and fostering team culture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, keeping teams aligned, and supporting people. You don’t need a robotics background — we value organizational excellence, strong communication, and leadership in team operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management

Own project timelines, track milestones, and ensure smooth coordination across multiple workstreams.

Proactively identify risks and resolve bottlenecks to keep the team on schedule.
Team Engagement & Operations

Organize team-building activities, off-sites, and events to strengthen collaboration and morale.

Support people-related initiatives such as onboarding, intern engagement, and cultural programs.
Communication & Reporting

Facilitate clear communication across the team and with leadership.

Prepare regular status updates, reports, and documentation.
Resource & Logistics Management

Track budgets and coordinate with vendors and suppliers when needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams.

Experience planning events or initiatives to build team engagement.
Preferred Requirements:

Background in managing programs for tech or engineering teams (not required).
-
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).

Experience in recruiting coordination or HR partnership.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $131,040-$221,760, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
