Technical Sourcer - Contractor

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify and engage top talent for AI and engineering positions, playing a critical role in building high-impact teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
- Proactively identify, engage, and pipeline passive candidates for AI and engineering roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess alignment and interest.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies and campaigns to meet hiring goals.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to understand talent landscape, competitor activity, and sourcing opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on pipeline metrics to inform stakeholders and improve hiring efficiency.
- Support interview coordination and candidate experience when needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably for software engineering or related roles.
- Proven ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, events).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with the autonomous driving or AI industry.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to learn quickly in a fast-evolving environment.
