The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Analytics to join our Sales Operations & Enablement team. This role is integral to shaping XP Health's future and will be a key operator in driving data that delivers growth opportunities  and performance results.

This role will need to leverage a significant set of analytical skills, operational capability, and data management know-how to drive success while wearing many different hats. The ideal candidate has a resilient desire to over-perform and productively contribute, even when given frequently shifting contexts and priorities. 

As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will have near limitless opportunities for learning and will build a unique ability to solve cross-functional business problems to deliver impact, working across the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams. 

You will report directly to the VP of Sales Operations. The company is based in San Carlos, CA and  this position works remote.  Travel once a quarter is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages Salesforce Administrator duties & works with SF consultant to build out business requirements and test.
  • Create & leverage Salesforce dashboards to maintain data integrity for the Sales Pipeline and the Client book of business,
  • Responsible for understanding the data needs across the organization and to develop and execute a roadmap to maximize data capabilities and business insights.
  • To architect and maintain a data analytics platform that will consolidate and create consistent data across the organization.
  • Responsible for managing projects, research, statistical studies and sales analysis team (future state) to provide recommendations to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Assist with the architect and manage the marketing team's sales applications and engagement in their uses.
  • Utilizing multiple systems, develop Client specific reports on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
  • Designs reporting to analyze data quality review to result in data cleanse motions.
  • Assist with month end close activities as they pertain to Salesforce data normalization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies, including reporting for Marketing on Lead outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to ensure compliance to standardized processes.
  • Maintain and evangelize communication best practices for sales and sales support functions.
  • Assist with maintaining sales data integrity within Salesforce sales pipeline and customer records. 
  • Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance
  • Continuously analyze, develop, and document sales operations policies and processes at scale.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the XP policies and processes and concept application to support sales operational initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional pre & post annual planning activities and deployment in Salesforce to support carving and hierarchy alignment.
  • Problem-solve account and territory alignment questions & Salesforce cases.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Assist with operational deployment of sales processes and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven strategic thought leader with the ability to influence and drive informed decision-making.
  • Intermediate experience in strategic thinking
  • Strong problem solving, project management, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills
  • Possess exemplary interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiations and teamwork.
  • Strong tactical experience and attention to detail
  • Self-starter and effectively works with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient with Salesforce, knowledge of XP SaaS tools, and maintain complex spreadsheets
  • Proficient with sales compensation tools and creating business requirements for API’s
  • Ability to continuously execute on deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate data into relevant insight: you know how to create compelling presentations and can lead executives through data 
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of key performance indicators and formulate the narrative around quarterly sales performance
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by delivering insights through data analysis
  • Develop key internal stakeholder relationships across Strategy, Marketing, Sales Product, and Finance
  • SaaS and B2B experience preferred

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years’ relevant experience; prior experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Sales Finance
  • Must-have: 
    • In-depth experience with MS suite or Google suite equivalent
    • SQL, PowerBI, and data analytics experience
  • Nice-to-have: 
    • Healthcare experience
    • Experience with an early stage startup (Series B or before)

CA Pay Range

$100,000 - $115,000 USD
