The Opportunity

This role will play a critical part on XP Health’s B2B marketing team as it builds out its account/client strategy.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, this person will be responsible for the execution of marketing tactics related to our sales team and account/client support team including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Define and build out marketing analytics with our analytics team to showcase the impact and opportunities in B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Lead re-engagement email campaign
  • Execution and tracking of specific lead gen initiatives
  • Collaboration with the sales team to develop more effective lead scoring models and ensure smooth handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales.
  • Implementation of lead nurturing programs to cultivate and engage B2B prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Help to review our messaging and value props. Update our sales deck, one pagers and create new assets to accomplish this (including multi channel sequences in Amplemarket, direct mailers, landing pages, videos and case studies).
  • Client Advisory Board : curation, communication, and event gatherings
  • Executive Summit : curation, tactical management of details, and overall execution (from invites to menus, to swag/gifts, etc)
  • Partner Hub : our partner microsite that will host marketing assets and materials that support our channel partner business lines
    • Development and curation of marketing collateral for this microsite and extending beyond the site experience as well
  • Partner Pulse Newsletter (Pardot out of Salesforce): Curating and executing the development and send of this email to partners 
  • Webinar Series for Clients/Partners & Members: will support the assets needed to host a webinar educational series 
  • Internal collaboration with partner stakeholders: responsible for pulling in the appropriate internal stakeholders for specific events or meetings and helping to coordinate across internal and external team members’ schedules
  • Special partner events in focal areas: support the planning and hosting of special events for partners

CA Pay Range

$75,000 - $90,000 USD
