Position Summary Details

The Client Relationship Executive embodies all of Xsolis’ core values in serving our valued existing customers. This highly experienced professional is responsible for revenue retention and growth, customer satisfaction, opportunity generation, and proactive relationship management across the entire breadth of a customer’s engagement with Xsolis. 
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Create, and drive to completion, customer specific revenue retention and growth strategies for assigned clients leveraging relationship management skills, strategic account planning, return on investment analysis, and sales opportunity execution. 
  • Collaborate with key leaders across Implementation, Support, Sales, Customer Experience, Business Intelligence, Product, IT, Customer Communications, Billing, & Finance to ensure client and business objectives are achieved.  
  • Identify and drive to completion the expansion of health plan connections through collaboration with client managed care leaders and Xsolis sales representatives.  
  • Achieve annual sales quota as determined by sales and finance leadership.  
  • Assist with creation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews with all assigned clients and C-Suite Representatives.
  • Maintain and expand relational footprint within assigned clients, focusing especially on Director, VP, and C-suite contacts.  
  • Establish client advocacy for purposes of reference and other sales support activities within each client.  
  • Secure participation from assigned clients in XSOLIS advisory boards, and product-related special interest groups.
  • Up to 40% Travel.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 
 
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred. 
Experience: 
  • Minimum 5+ years of Account Management, Sales and/or Consulting experience, with at least 5 years managing large customers within the Healthcare industry (specifically large multi-facility hospital systems, EMR’s, Revenue Cycle SaaS or Revenue Cycle Operations)
  • Proven track record of C-Suite relationship management
  • Proven track record of ability to manage a contracting process from initiation to contract execution  
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention goals with complex customers  
Other:
  • Professional and effective communication skills required – comfortable with conversations at the VP and C-Suite level while also engaging users and support contacts internally and externally  
  • Highly organized and capable of driving multiple complex projects to completion simultaneously  
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Client Engagement platforms/tools, and Net Promoter Score preferred  
    Negotiation  
  • Revenue Cycle (preferred CRCR certification) 
Working Environment and Travel Requirements
  • Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
  • Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
  • This role requires travel to our home offices in TN for training.
