Solutions Manager

As a Solutions Manager, you will work closely with a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop and maintain high-quality data solutions for our clients. In this role, you will leverage your problem-solving abilities to address client challenges, work directly with clients to understand their needs, and lead client-facing projects to deliver impactful data solutions. Additionally, you will be challenged to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies, applying them to enhance the efficiency and functionality of our solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and work collaboratively with your team to develop effective, tailored data solutions.
- Lead client-facing projects, ensuring effective communication, on-time delivery, and alignment with client expectations.
- Work with a cross-functional team of business analysts, architects, engineers, and data scientists to formulate business and technical requirements.
- Guide team ins strategically applying Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning and deep learning, to develop solutions that address core business challenges and drive client value
- Oversee the design, development, presentation, and delivery of AI Initiatives in areas such as projects involving Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation Systems, etc.
General:
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical data role with a strong track record in managing projects and leading teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client projects, build strong relationships, and deliver results aligned with client goals.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Spanish is a plus!
- Proactive, positive attitude, well-organized, and adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities.
- Highly motivated, strong desire to learn and grow with the company, and possess a positive, energetic attitude.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment, wanting to learn new skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Technical:
- Ability to translate complex data, AI, and software engineering challenges into clear business objectives and actionable solutions.
- Experience guiding teams in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support software and AI-driven applications.
- Strong understanding of how AI and LLM-based technologies (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic workflows, fine-tuning) can be leveraged to drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their role in enabling scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- Working knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) to support data-driven decision-making and product development.
- Understanding of best practices for software development, including version control, CI/CD processes, and code quality standards, to ensure efficient and reliable engineering execution.
- Ability to define and drive the adoption of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., AWS Step Functions, Apache Airflow) to optimize automation and operational efficiency.
- Experience leading teams through agile development cycles, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business goals.
