- Handle customer support inquiries via the service desk.
- Develop, maintain, and uphold customer relationships.
- Serve as the “voice” of the customer.
- Update tickets and inquiries with appropriate tags and contact details.
- Identify opportunities for, and execute cross-sells and expansions to drive revenue.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish projects across departments.
- Facilitate training sessions (via screenshare) with new and existing customers to showcase how to use the Yalo Console and best practices for success.
- Meet and exceed company and department OKRs by controlling churn and driving expansion
Ideal experience for this role (years & knowledge), soft skills and abilities, tools and language skills. Those requirements that this person need to domain to be considered for this role.
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong desire to help customers achieve their goals.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and virtual presentation skills
- Comfortable working with Google Suite applications (Gmail, docs, sheets, etc)
