Your mission 🚀
As a B2C Sales Launcher, we are looking for a hands-on professional who assumes the responsibility to launch and drive our B2C vertical (Retailers, Financial Services, E-Commerce and oher industries that serve end consumers). This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to wear multiple hats and execute across various functions like Business Development, Sales, and support in strategy creation with key insights about the market. You will be at the forefront of this new initiative, leading the charge on everything from prospecting and closing deals to shaping the overall go-to-market strategy execution. The ideal candidate must be driven, resourceful, and ready to hustle.
What are the responsibilities for this role?
- Lead the launch and execution of Yalo’s B2C vertical, managing everything from business development to sales and strategy execution.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to successfully penetrate the B2C space.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.
- Act as a bridge between different areas (BDR, Sales, Strategy) to ensure seamless execution and growth.
- Identify new market opportunities, test assumptions, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to refine the product and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Take a hands-on approach, managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations to meet growth targets.
Job Requirements (Must have)
- +4 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy roles (experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus).
- Experience working at Retailers, Financial Services, E-Commerce or any other industry that serves end customers, is a plus.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building something from the ground up.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proofed record with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities to work across multiple functions.
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks to achieve success (Wearing different hats).
- Ability to travel as needed to ensure successful market penetration.
