Imagine a world where businesses seamlessly connect with their customers across every channel—offering personalized experiences, anticipating needs, and delivering what they want with ease. That’s the reality we’re building at Yalo.

Born in Latin America and driven by its spirit of innovation, we’re transforming sales for businesses around the globe. From empowering businesses in emerging markets to helping enterprises scale intelligently, we’re redefining how companies engage with their customers and drive growth.

At Yalo, we believe the future of sales is personalized, omnichannel, intelligent, and conversational. Join us as we empower businesses to build stronger relationships and achieve remarkable results worldwide!

Your Mission

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead our AI product direction and build the next generation of intelligent agents. You’ll be at the forefront of developing conversational AI agents that engage with customers, as well as internal AI agents that empower teams.

These agents will drive core sales and marketing use cases—like lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, and customer support—making them smarter, faster, and more human-like. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, and customers to turn AI capabilities into real product value.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role based in Mexico City, with lots of room to learn, grow, and shape the future.

What You’ll Do 🧠

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for AI-powered agents at Yalo—both internal and customer-facing.
  • Build and iterate on agentic experiences that automate key workflows across the sales and marketing journey.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and AI teams to ship quickly and learn constantly.
  • Prototype, experiment, and tinker with LLMs, prompts, tools, and workflows to unlock real customer value.
  • Work directly with customers to understand problems, validate solutions, and deliver measurable results.
  • Define success metrics and build systems to monitor and improve AI performance over time.
  • Stay on top of what’s happening in the AI space, bringing fresh ideas and opportunities to the table.

Job Requirements 💻

We’re more interested in your potential and track record of learning and building, than in rigid credentials. If you see yourself in this role—even if you don’t meet every bullet—please apply.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role where you’ve built and launched products.
  • Familiarity with basic software and AI concepts—you can understand technical diagrams, work with engineers, and aren’t afraid to write a simple script or SQL query to explore an idea.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping user-facing features or platforms, ideally with some exposure to AI or automation.
  • Curiosity and hands-on experimentation with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agents—even if through personal projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; you’re comfortable working with data to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Collaborative mindset—you’re energized by working with cross-functional teams and customers.

What We Offer  🥰

  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Competitive rewards on the market range
  • Flexible hours driven by results
  • International teamwork
  • You and nothing else limit your career here

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
