Your mission?
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Revenue Operations Associate to join our SaaS company's growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives across our go-to-market functions. Reporting to the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing and Data teams to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and monitor go-to-market strategies, pipeline health metrics, and performance frameworks. Support the planning and rollout of new product launches, pricing models, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Lead the design and allocation of sales quotas and territories to ensure optimal coverage and alignment with market opportunity and team capacity.
- Calculate monthly and quarterly commissions accurately. Maintain and evolve commission policies, and contribute to the design of scalable, performance-driven incentive structures.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to monitor sales performance and operational KPIs, including pipeline health, conversion rates, CAC, and sales velocity. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data tools is essential.
- Go beyond reporting to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions around growth, product strategy, and resource allocation.
- Support workforce planning by analyzing headcount needs, team productivity, and capacity based on sales targets and forecast models.
- Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, tools, and data flows to enhance productivity and accuracy. Champion CRM (Salesforce) adoption, design training, and develop supporting documentation.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related analytical role—preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong command of data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, sales cycles, and revenue motion dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and lead cross-functional initiatives independently.

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
