Your mission?

We’re looking for a Strategy & Planning Sr. Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team. You’ll help drive decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis, while also building the data infrastructure needed to surface insights at scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and business planning
• Lead scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to inform executive decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Data, etc.) to translate business goals into actionable plans
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to monitor business performance
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth or efficiency
• Prepare materials and insights for leadership presentations and board decks
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting automation, and planning processes

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategy, data, consulting, or related fields
• Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/Sheets skills; fluency in building forecasts and business cases
• Proficient in data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and working with large datasets
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Solid understanding of SaaS or tech business models is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
