Job Summary 🧾

We’re seeking a Customer Success professional who is passionate about delivering value, building trusted relationships, and driving business impact for leading consumer goods companies. You will work closely with our customers to help them achieve their goals through Yalo’s innovative solutions, acting as a strategic partner and advocate. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex challenges, and have experience with CPG or startups (a plus!), we’d love to meet you.

We are looking for a Customer Success professional who is passionate about creating positive impact for our customers and for Yalo. This role exists to help drive customer value through innovative solutions, operational excellence, and strong, trust-based relationships.

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

To achieve A-level performance in this role, the person must:

  • Deliver measurable value and outcomes for assigned customers, aligned with their business objectives.
  • Drive high adoption and satisfaction with Yalo’s solutions, ensuring renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and execute improvements for customers through data-driven insights and innovative recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Solutions and Sales) to represent the voice of the customer and accelerate resolution of challenges.
  • Lead proactive account reviews and planning sessions with customers to align on goals and drive growth.
  • Document and share best practices internally to elevate the team’s capabilities.
