Enterprise Account Executive - Insurance (Remote)

Remote

About You

Yembo has an established business in Moving & Storage with a growing number of 300+ customers, and is currently gearing up for a transformative year in our Insurance vertical where we recently released an exciting new product. To help us achieve our goals, we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who has previously held quotas of $750k+ with evidence of consistently hitting and exceeding these, specifically in Enterprise technology sales. It would be a bonus if you’ve worked in an industry that has historically not been an early adopter of technology. If this sounds exciting, then read on… this might be a good opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Executive in our Insurance vertical, you will be the key person in driving the sales process from intro, discovery, and demo to close. You'll be working directly with the VP of Sales and the Customer Success team on a daily basis to execute our sales process and go-to-market strategy.

  • Prospect into specifically targeted Enterprise accounts to develop new opportunities and conduct cold outreach on a daily basis
  • Build account action plans to help define appropriate sales tactics for each account
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from running discovery calls and demos to managing trials, then negotiating and closing new business in order to hit and exceed your sales goals
  • Be a Yembo product and industry expert, teaching customers how to achieve excellent outcomes using our AI products
  • Forecast pipeline accurately, and hit and exceed your targets and quarterly quotas
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our sales playbook, process, and methodology
  • Attend industry conferences
  • Report directly to the VP of Sales on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, while successfully carrying a $750k+ quota in a closing role for at least 2 years
  • Strong business acumen with a "management-consultant" approach towards offering a solution sale with a focus on value over cost and features
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action who is comfortable with ambiguity, and demonstrates a willingness to learn and ramp quickly to solve problems
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota responsibilities
  • High standard of excellence and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • You believe 100% is the minimum, are competitive by nature and have a desire to win
  • Growth mindset and belief in getting 1% better each day - you know feedback and coaching will help accelerate your growth
  • Passion for being the underdog and challenging the status quo
  • Natural curiosity to understand customers and their business
  • Possess a "don't take NO for an answer" mentality - patience and persistence are key to success in this role
  • Strong two-way communication skills with high EQ and the ability to understand the needs of others
  • Experience using a CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce), as well as prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or ZoomInfo)
  • An eagerness to learn and contribute to the development of a best-in-class enterprise sales process and methodology

Bonus

  • Experience in a high growth tech or AI start-up
  • Experience selling into the P&C Insurance vertical

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
