We’re looking for someone who can see and architect the full digital ecosystem, connect the dots, and make it scale. As Digital Experience Manager, you’ll lead the development and optimization of our digital platforms from web to CRM to SEO, building the infrastructure that powers our growth, strengthens our brand, and elevates our consumer journey through deep and meaningful connections. You’ll serve as the key digital lead on the Growth Marketing team, manage our web agency, audit and evolve our tech stack, and collaborate across teams to ensure every digital touchpoint is thoughtful, intuitive, and impactful.
This is a highly cross-functional role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience.
How you’ll help:
- Digital Experience & Infrastructure
- Own the full digital experience roadmap: from strategic priorities to platform performance.
- Manage our Shopify site and lead projects with our web agency to drive UX, speed, and conversion optimization.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance mobile performance, backend structure, and customer journey flow.
- SEO Strategy & Execution
- Lead our SEO roadmap: conducting audits, prioritizing improvements, and ensuring technical and on-page excellence.
- Collaborate with content, brand, and performance teams to build organic search visibility and measurable growth.
- Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor performance and surface insights.
- CRM, Lifecycle & Retention
- Own the execution and evolution of email and SMS flows using Klaviyo and Attentive: from segmentation and testing to deliverability and optimization.
- Align CRM initiatives with eCommerce and performance goals, ensuring cohesive storytelling across channels.
- Analyze campaign results and consumer behavior to inform testing and iteration.
- Tech Stack & Digital Ops
- Audit and evolve our digital tech stack to ensure scalability, integration, and efficiency.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize platform needs and select tools that support the next phase of business growth.
- Document digital systems and workflows that empower cross-team collaboration and future onboarding.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic partner to teams across Growth, Performance, Brand, eCommerce, IT, and Campaigns.
- Translate insights, issues, or opportunities into clear next steps, and make them happen.
- Advocate for a consistent, customer-first digital experience at every stage of the journey.
What you’ll provide:
- 4–6+ years experience in digital marketing, UX optimization, CRM, or eCommerce
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or related field of study
- Proven track record leading technical SEO strategy and execution
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, and web analytics platforms
- Experience working with (and managing) web agencies or external partners
How you’ll be successful in this role:
- Strong understanding of UX best practices and lifecycle communications
- Exceptional communication skills and project management discipline
- A systems thinker with an eye for detail and a bias for action
- You’re obsessed with turning insights into action and experience into conversion
- You think in flows, funnels, and frameworks
- You love a clean UI, a fast load time, and a tidy redirect map
- You move between strategy and execution without friction, and love when the backend just works
- You believe every digital touchpoint is an opportunity to improve the customer experience
- You measure success in clicks, conversions, and connections
