Position Summary
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will own our digital strategy, deliver measurable results, and continue to fuel our double-digit growth through our most critical asset: the website. You will be responsible for the largest gateway into the Yes Energy brand, helping educate and provide research information, helping shape buying decisions, and owning the digital doorstep where we invite future and current customers to interact with us. You’ll be responsible for optimizing this experience end-to-end—aligning content, UX, SEO, CRO, analytics, and web infrastructure to maximize impact and support business goals.
Position Details
- Salary range: $140000 - $150000 plus bonus
- Location: Boulder/Denver, CO
- Full-time
- Hybrid 2 days/week
- Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the digital roadmap to optimize the website for traffic growth, engagement, and demand generation conversion.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to drive qualified pipeline and bookings through CRO, SEO, personalization, and user journey improvements.
- Lead web redesigns, A/B testing, performance tuning, and content delivery enhancements.
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align digital efforts with GTM strategy.
- Implement data and analytics frameworks to measure and improve performance across digital touchpoints.
- As needed, manage web agencies, developers, and digital tools/platforms (manage our web stack and ‘plumb’ the tracking into proper internal systems).
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the website supports the business objectives of the company.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies to keep our digital experience up to date and impactful.
Qualifications
- A college degree in a related field
- Minimum of seven years of experience in digital marketing or digital product roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven success leading digital growth initiatives tied to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, SEO, CRO, analytics, MA, CMS, CRM
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like GA4, web CMS, marketing automation platforms, sales CRMs, and SEMrush to track and inform strategy/execution
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with speed and precision.
