Position Summary
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! The Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator will support the People Ops department in various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of People Ops functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, handling sensitive information confidentially, and a passion for People Ops processes.
Position Details
- Hourly Rate: $25-$26/hour
- Location: Boulder, CO
- Part-Time; 4 hours a day, temporary
- Hybrid - 4 days in office
- Reporting to: People Operations Director
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, I-9 Form, Lattice Checklist, welcoming new hires, administering company swag, etc.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Perform day-to-day People Operations administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Manage and maintain data in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback
- Talent Acquisition tasks as needed, may include posting and closing open jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting screening interviews
- Support other functions as assigned, which may include responding to Jira Tickets
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum one year of Human Resource experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, with a particular ability to communicate complex and/or sensitive information, concisely, diplomatically, and professionally at all levels of the organization
- Basic understanding of the Google Suite for Business or MS Office
- Ability to balance and complete multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to build effective relationships with business partners and People Operations peers; good team player
- Able to work well independently
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HR laws, best practices, recruiting, learning, and development
- Self-motivated multitasker who is organized with attention to detail
- Proven excellent customer service and ability to be flexible as a team player, and work with all levels of the company
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and explore new things
- HRIS and ATS databases are preferred but not required
