
Senior Analyst, GTM Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales and CX teams from a systems and process perspective and managing our tech stack. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, field teams, and technical teams, to ensure the successful adoption and continuous improvement of our GTM software stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposed Tool Enhancements:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for proposed Salesforce enhancements.
- Analyze current workflows and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed proposals and business cases for tool enhancements or new features to be added to Salesforce.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the proposed enhancements align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Perform testing of new features and tools to ensure they meet the requirements and function as expected before deployment.
- Continuously monitor tool performance and gather feedback to suggest future improvements or optimizations.
- End-User Support:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users to maximize their use of Salesforce and related tools.
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate as needed while ensuring consistent communication with end-users.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues, aiming for minimal disruption to business processes.
- Create and maintain user documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials.
- Organize regular user feedback sessions to understand pain points and provide actionable solutions.
- Enabling the Field:
- Act as a liaison between field teams and technical teams to ensure tools and features meet the needs of end-users.
- Develop and deliver training programs to empower field teams with the knowledge and skills required to utilize updates and new features.
- Support field teams with on-the-ground troubleshooting and provide timely resolutions to any issues that arise.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) for business teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in regular project meetings with business, technical, and leadership teams to provide updates, highlight risks, and propose solutions.
- Ensure alignment between Salesforce capabilities and business goals through clear and consistent communication.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive the success of Salesforce initiatives.
- Data & Reporting:
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business processes and performance.
- Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
- Assist with data migration or integration efforts as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features, functionality, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for Salesforce configuration and enhancement.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, reporting, and user management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation and user training materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach and Groove
- Familiarity with conversational intelligence tools like Gong and Clari Copilot

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
Annual Base Pay Range
$92,250 - $153,500 USD
