Yext is seeking a motivated, collaborative Partner Solutions Manager to join the Partnerships & Alliances team. You would be tasked with leading joint solution development, partner enablement, and technical strategy to strategic partners such as Regional System Integrators (RSIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Digital Agencies, Resellers and Integrated Software Vendors (ISVs) in order to drive retention and growth through our partners. You are a passionate relationship builder with strong technical competencies and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment managing multiple priorities at once. This is an opportunity to drive value through partners with Yext technology, evangelize new capabilities, and develop joint selling strategies. You’ll act as the technical point of contact for our partners, enabling them to successfully implement, integrate, and co-innovate with our SaaS platform. You will bridge the gap between partner strategy, customer needs, and our product’s technical capabilities. Success in this role will require a background in technical partner management, solution engineering/architecture or services implementation within a SaaS environment, with a strong track record of working alongside partners as an ongoing technical resource to enable them to build and support scalable, customer-facing solutions that drive strong customer retention and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead our Delivery Partner relationships with Agencies and System Integrators to ensure their success with our joint customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with the Partner Alliance Management Team to evangelize the Yext platform and solutions to our partner ecosystem and assist in developing and executing Alliance partnership go-to-market strategies.
- Lead technical enablement for new partners - covering Yext solutions, key product functionality, and how to implement and manage Yext on behalf of mutual clients.
- Validate joint solution architectures, approaches and statements of work with key partners
- Drive joint KPIs measuring partner technical quality, time-to-value, and joint customer satisfaction.
- Act as the technical lead and liaison between partners and Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Services, and other teams across the organization to ensure partner needs are met.
- Collaborate with Partners to ensure the success of their joint services - such as client implementations and managed services.
- Understand Partner business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions.
- Communicate the value of Yext solutions and position in the market to partners to drive adoption & optimization.
- Be an expert on the Yext platform and products and offer guidance on the technical aspects of Yext solutions to partners.
- Communicate regularly with partners to evaluate satisfaction and create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Elicit feedback about partners with internal teams and customers to act as an advocate for our clients with our partners
- Establish consultative and positive relationships with partners.
- Understand partner business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions.
- Drive recurring strategy sessions to ensure partners are able to drive adoption and success of Yext with their joint customers.
- Share product roadmap with partners and provide recommendations on how best to use or integrate new features.
- Collaborate with partners on joint innovation opportunities with our product
- Advocate for partner feedback with Product teams to influence product roadmap
- Provide partner-specific product demonstrations in support of requirements and business cases.
What You Have
- BA/BS degree or similar university level education.
- Minimum 5 years of business experience preferably in a SaaS business environment.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in Partner Solutions, Solutions Engineering, Services, or similar technical roles.
- Demonstrated history of quota attainment or team goal attainment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; must be dynamic in presenting ideas to partners and prospective partners from VP to C-level.
- Outstanding partner or client service and relationship skills.
- Strong technical acumen with expertise in SEO fundamentals, REST APIs, and high level understanding of web development frameworks such as React.js.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership in developing best-in-class client presentations/QBR leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Dedicated drive to make partners and clients successful.
- Sales and/or pre-sales experience with SaaS/Cloud products; experience in a marketing tech environment with a solid understanding of SEO and SEM is preferred.
- Ability to develop business cases that communicate requirements and solutions strategy to enterprise-level partners and their prospects and customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience in project management.

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
Annual Base Pay Range
$106,650 - $207,500 USD
