What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand communication workflows, compliance needs, and engagement strategies across distributed teams.
  • Design systems that enable scalable, personalized, and automated communication while maintaining strong governance and brand control.
  • Investigate and analyze requests from customers, partners, and stakeholders, translating them into product opportunities and driving implementation.
  • Coordinate feature launches including testing, beta programs, documentation, training, customer communication, and adoption measurement.
  • Partner with ecosystem and channel partners to expand communication capabilities and integrations.
  • Present and communicate product vision, roadmap, and capabilities to internal and external audiences.

What You Have

  • 2-5+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating products.
  • Experience building products in messaging, communications platforms, conversational interfaces, CRM engagement tools, or customer experience platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
  • A strong product mindset with the ability to connect vision to measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Platform-level thinking and the ability to identify patterns across communication use cases and channels.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems and translate technical concepts into clear product narratives.
  • Experience with automation, AI-driven workflows, or agentic systems for customer engagement is a plus.
