工作地点：广州

工作内容：

• 与广州 Data Team 的研发团队合作，全面把控产品研发质量，参与产品测试全流程，包括需求分析、测试计划制定、测试用例设计与执行、缺陷跟踪及质量分析。
• 提出研发和测试流程优化建议，提升团队效率，全面管控产品风险。
• 制定测试计划，设计并执行测试用例，提交并跟踪修复缺陷，确保版本按时上线。
• 优化测试方案，整理相关文档，完善项目知识库，并鼓励经验分享，形成团队专业知识积累。
• 跟踪线上缺陷和用户反馈，与研发团队协作快速解决问题。
• 参与自动化测试的开发，包括测试用例设计、编码、执行及持续集成。

职位要求：

• 具备 2 年以上工作经验，本科及以上学历，工科、计算机或相关专业，掌握计算机基础知识。
• 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，优秀的逻辑思维能力及快速学习能力。
• 积极主动，具有较强的自驱力，注重效率，善于推动问题解决。
• 认真负责、耐心细致，能独立负责核心系统测试，分析定位复杂问题，提供线索协助开发快速解决问题。
• 对业务有深入理解，能协助拆解复杂功能，降低测试难度，并支持组员完成测试工作。
• 善于总结和优化测试流程，提升团队效率，提前预防潜在问题发生。
• 具备高效的跨组协调能力，能推动开发避免更多缺陷，发现并完善产品设计细节。
• 熟悉至少一种编程语言（如 C/C++/Java/Go/Python），具备一定开发经验，有能力编写自动化测试脚本及执行性能测试。

• 专业测试技术及规范化流程
• Python 技术及相关测试开发经验
• 压测工具使用及压力测试经验

As Our QA Software Engineer  You Will:

• Collaborate with our engineering and data teams to ensure product quality from inception to delivery. 
• Performing demand analysis, planning testing schedules, designing and executing tests, tracking bugs, and conducting quality analysis.
• Enhancing QA processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Developing QA plans, maintaining project documentation, and building a project database.
• Collaborating with the Engineering team to address user feedback promptly.
• Designing and implementing automated testing projects, including coding, execution, and continuous integration.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Have 2+ years of experience in QA, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understand engineering best practices and agile development methodologies.
• Can test complex modules, analyze and resolve issues efficiently, and provide actionable feedback to developers.
• Excel at summarizing and optimizing testing processes, identifying repetitive tasks, and proposing efficiency improvements.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, Go, or Python.
• Able to write test scripts and conduct performance testing for automated QA processes.

Bonus Points If You:

• Are familiar with professional QA methodologies and tools
• Understand QA-related Python
• Know hwo to use stress testing tools
• Have knowledge of SQL, Docker, Linux basics, and Pytest
