工作内容：

• 主导公司新产品的开发与维护，打造高性能、高可用且稳定的产品体验；
• 持续推动产品迭代与架构优化，助力技术与业务的共同成长；
• 深度优化前端代码与技术方案，不断提升用户体验与开发效率，打造行业领先的产品标准。

职位要求:

• 本科及以上学历，计算机/软件/电信或相关专业，5年以上工作经验；
• 深度掌握前端常用技术，有扎实的前端技术和计算机基础，能独立完成产品中的功能模块；
• 具备较强的逻辑思维能力和较强的分析、处理问题的能力；
• 熟练掌握 Css3，Sass/Less/Stylus语法和编译，有较高的UI还原度
• 熟练掌握 Javascript，Typescript 语言特性，掌握一定的编码技巧；
• 熟练掌握 React 技术栈，了解 React 运行机制，能自主编写 React 组件；
• 熟练掌握前端工程化工具， 例如 webpack，eslint等， 并能合理使用工具完成页面优化；
• 对技术充满好奇心，乐于学习，愿意分享，具备良好的服务意识、责任心、团队沟通协作能力和发现并解决问题的能力。

As Our Software Engineer, You Will:

• Lead Product Development: Drive the development and maintenance of new products, ensuring high-performance, high-availability, and stable user experiences.
• Enhance and Optimize: Continuously push for product iteration and architectural improvements to support both technical and business growth.
• Optimize Frontend Solutions: Deeply refine frontend code and technical strategies, elevating user experience and development efficiency while setting industry-leading product standards.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have a strong foundation in front-end technologies and computer science, with the ability to independently develop functional product modules.
• You excel in logical thinking and are adept at analyzing and solving problems.
• You are proficient in CSS3, Sass/Less/Stylus syntax, and can deliver highly accurate UI implementations.
• You have expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, including advanced coding techniques.
• You are skilled in the React technology stack, understand its core mechanisms, and can independently develop React components.
• You are proficient in front-end engineering tools (e.g., Webpack, ESLint) and know how to leverage them for page optimization.
• You are curious and eager to learn, enjoy sharing knowledge, and demonstrate strong responsibility, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
