The Technical Account Manager, Radar AI is responsible for driving successful retention, adoption, activation, and expansion of Ylopo’s Radar AI product-line. This role is distinct from a traditional CSM position, instead of managing broad platform health across a diverse book of accounts, this position is dedicated to owning the lifecycle of our Radar AI product from onboarding through activation, optimization, and strategic growth alignment.

The Technical Account Manager serves as the connective tissue between:

  • Product team enhancements and feedback
    • Growth team strategy
    • Client implementation
    • Field-level feedback

Core Responsibilities

  1. Radar AI Client Success Ownership
  • Act as primary technical account manager for Ylopo Radar AI subscribers
  • Onboard and activate clients into the Radar AI ecosystem
  • Field strategy questions related specifically to Radar AI pipeline
  • Ensure clients understand product outputs and are capable of interpreting their results and next best actions
  • Track performance metrics across the Radar AI client-base and identify optimization opportunities
  1. Product Team Liaison
  • Work directly with product to stay ahead of enhancements and roadmap changes
  • Translate product updates into client-facing enablement
  • Collect structured client feedback to improve feature prioritization
  • Identify common friction points and escalate trends early
  1. Growth & Expansion Partner
  • Collaborate with the Ylopo account growth organization to identify expansion opportunities and scale usage of the Radar AI product line
  • Track post go-live adoption velocity, retention trends, and revenue impact
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities tied to Radar AI usage
  1. Enablement & Scalable Education
  • Create and refine Radar AI best-practice documentation
  • Support webinars and launch trainings
  • Develop repeatable onboarding frameworks
  • Collaborate with the Ylopo training and coaching organization for product-level education

Required Skillset

  • 5+ years of experience managing relationships in a Client Success, Account Management, or equivalent role
  • Deep understanding of real-estate and seller pipeline strategy
  • Ability to interpret AI-driven engagement data
  • Strong client-facing communication
  • Operational discipline with familiarity in managing and tracking tasks within a CRM platform
  • Product curiosity and feedback translation ability
  • Comfort managing high-volume subscription portfolios
  • Experience working in a SaaS business environment or enterprise software highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and FUB CRMs a plus

Compensation and full benefits include starting pay from $70K to $75K plus 30% of base salary OTE bonus depending on experience; medical, dental, and vision benefits; paid holidays, vacation, and sick days; a 401(k); paid monthly parking (if applicable); and an extremely nice, supportive group of people as your co-workers.
