Growth Marketing Manager

Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Who we are:

Reports to: Betsy McKibbin, Head of Marketing

Yoodli is the AI roleplay simulator redefining how individuals and teams master communication. Think of it as the batting cage before the big game - but for communication. Whether it’s a sales pitch, manager feedback session, or media interview, Yoodli ovides private, judgment-free, just-in-time coaching. Leaders at companies like Google, Databricks, Snowflake, RingCentral, Toastmasters, and Dale Carnegie use Yoodli to ramp reps faster, improve message delivery, and reduce coaching burden on frontline managers. The result is stronger performance, greater team readiness, and a more scalable path to impact.

We’re building a new category called Experiential Learning: a new AI-powered category that helps people learn through conversational roleplays. People don’t learn from slides: they learn through dialogue, questions, and iteration. Yoodli makes that process interactive, personalized, and always up to date. It’s learning that feels fun, builds confidence, and finally lets organizations measure the ROI of training.

We’ve $40M in Series B funding, doubling our team in 2026, and are headquartered at the beautiful Pier 70 in Seattle.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives on uncovering creative, data-driven ways to reach new audiences and build demand. You’ll own outbound growth: designing and executing campaigns that introduce Yoodli to new organizations, teams, and communities.

This is a hands-on role focused on building and running the systems, campaigns, and workflows that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth. As Yoodli’s first dedicated Growth Marketer, you’ll be responsible for setting up the automation, and day-to-day execution that powers our growth engine. In this role, you’ll identify  high-value targets, craft compelling outreach, test new channels, and build scalable systems that generate qualified leads and refine conversion funnels. You’ll partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, run experiments across channels, and build the data infrastructure that enables repeatable, measurable growth. You’ll help define what “AI-powered growth” looks like when it’s built on strong fundamentals, rigorous experimentation, and real customer value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage growth systems: Design and run scalable growth infrastructure in HubSpot (automation, scoring, routing, reporting) and integrate modern outbound tooling—including practical AI workflows that improve speed and quality (e.g., segmentation, personalization, enrichment) without sacrificing data integrity or brand voice.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth: Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (outbound, email, paid, content) that convert target audiences into qualified pipeline—leveraging AI thoughtfully to unlock better targeting, faster iteration, and higher-performing creative/messaging, while maintaining rigorous controls on accuracy, compliance, and deliverability.
  • Experiment and optimize: Build a high-tempo testing engine across channels and messaging, using AI as an advantage—not an illusion. You’ll evaluate new tools with healthy skepticism and focus on measurable lift (conversion, CAC, pipeline, revenue), documenting what works into repeatable playbooks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on messaging, feedback loops, and funnel performance.
  • Measure and improve performance: Work with RevOps to develop dashboards and analytics to track funnel health, lead quality, and campaign ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or marketing operations (SaaS or B2B preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, reporting, and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an experimental, data-driven mindset.
  • Proven success building scalable lead generation programs.
  • Experience working as (or closely with) SDRs, BDRs, or sales teams. Comfortable blending marketing strategy with hands-on prospecting and outreach.
  • Pragmatic fluency with AI-enabled growth: You’ve used AI to improve targeting, personalization, content iteration, or workflow automation—and you can distinguish hype from tools that actually drive measurable performance.

Compensation

  • Total compensation is targeted at $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
  • Equity opportunities at a fast growing company
  • Health, dental, vision insurance
  • 401k plans
  • Unlimited PTO, free lunches at the office

What’s in it for you?

    • Huge impact opportunity: Build and scale a company from the ground up
    • Competitive compensation
    • Work on a daily basis with the founding team and mentors
    • Join a fun, inclusive and highly motivated team culture (and help define it!)

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
