Senior Revenue Analyst
Yoodli is an AI-powered experiential learning platform that uses AI roleplays to personalize real-life practice and transform how organizations learn and prepare. We're pioneering a new category — AI Roleplays — because we believe nobody should miss out on the opportunities they deserve because of how they communicate. Static content doesn't create behavior change. Practice does.
We've raised $60M — including a $40M Series B led by WestBridge Capital — backed by Madrona, Neotribe, Cercano, and incubated at the Allen Institute for AI. Our customers include Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, RingCentral, SAP, FranklinCovey, KornFerry, Sandler Training, Toastmasters, and many more — with learners in over 150 countries. We're headquartered in the heart of Seattle, and we're having a lot of fun along the way. We value humility, a bias for action, and the belief that we win together.

The Role
This role gives our go-to-market org a professional data and analytics capability for the first time. We're building a self-service insights culture: an organizational capability where every leader has insight about their business at their fingertips, not a report factory and not a ticket queue. You'll build the insight layer for the whole GTM org (sales, CS, professional services, solutions engineering, support, and marketing), answering the questions that matter with reusable, refreshable assets. We are a data-driven organization, and we want to be an AI-forward one, using our own category to run our business better than anyone. You'll report to the Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations; until that leader is hired, you'll report to the CRO. We're advertising both roles in parallel.
This is a Hybrid role: 3 days in-office at our Seattle HQ (lunch included) + 2 days remote.
What You'll Do
- Self-service culture. Success is measured by how few questions have to come to you at all. Build the dashboards, definitions, and data literacy that let leaders answer their own questions with confidence.
- Reusable assets. Turn recurring questions into dashboards and models that refresh themselves. Own the metrics-definitions layer so one number means one thing everywhere, and leaders walk into reviews and forecast calls with minimal administrative load.
- Decision support. Sit in live business questions across every GTM function and produce clear, fast answers with whatever data exists, rather than waiting for perfect infrastructure.
- Retention, health, and growth signals. Churn analytics, customer health scoring, GRR by use case / rep / segment, and product-use signals that flag expansion or risk. Retention is board-visible and an early priority.
- Pipeline and marketing analytics. Lead volume and velocity, marketing program performance, conversion analytics, and the fact base behind territory and account decisions.
- Light data engineering. Build durable, self-serve assets rather than manual pulls, identifying infrastructure gaps as a byproduct of real work.
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- 6-9 years in analytics, revenue/GTM analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven strategy, with progressive scope and time as a senior individual contributor.
- Advanced SQL and expert-level proficiency with a modern BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or Hex) are a hard requirement, and table stakes. What sets a candidate apart is using AI to generate insight in ways legacy tooling can't: we want someone who will push the frontier of how we surface, automate, and act on insight, not just operate the stack we have.
- Comfort with light data modeling and building durable, self-serve analytics assets, not just one-off reports.
- A track record of translating messy business questions into analysis and translating results back into plain-English answers leaders act on.
- Genuine standing with senior stakeholders. You partner and advise, you're not a service desk.
- B2B SaaS or B2B AI go-to-market experience, with familiarity with GTM metrics and CRM data models (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Preferred: exposure to revenue operations, sales planning, or customer success analytics.
