Partner Manager, Growth Accounts

Yoodli helps people get measurably better in their careers. We help individuals achieve this by helping them land their job, onboard at their companies, learn new skills, practice a speech, sales pitch or difficult conversation, and then take your Yoodli coach with you from one role to the next. For organizations, this means helping you upskill your entire workforce for the AI Future.

We’ve always believed in the human potential. In 2021, Esha and Varun started Yoodli as an AI communication coach - to help people communicate with confidence. Since then, our users have used Yoodli for so much more: to learn new concepts through AI Roleplays, practice different kinds of conversations (sales pitches, job interviews, manager conversations), and even use Yoodli as their personal coach to help them learn to use Gemini, Claude or other AI Tools. It’s why we expanded our technology to be the AI Platform for Human Skills.

Who We Are

Our team includes former employees from Google, Apple, Microsoft, Tableau, and beyond, united by a passion for empowering people using AI. We're headquartered in the heart of Seattle, and we're having a lot of fun along the way. Our culture is built on failing fast, iterating constantly, and taking bold bets. We value humility, authenticity, and a can-do-attitude.

We’re backed by Madrona, Neotribe the Allen Institute for AI, Cercano, and have raised over $60M to date.

Our customers include Google, RingCentral, Databricks, Snowflake, Sandler Sales, Dale Carnegie, Toastmasters, and users in over 150 countries. We’ve been featured in Forbes, Fortune, WSJ, Geekwire, ZDNet, and several other outlets (www.yoodli.ai/press). The Role: Partner Manager, Growth Accounts

We're hiring a Partner Manager to own a named book of growth-stage training, coaching, and enablement partners who deliver Yoodli-powered programs to their clients. These are partners with real momentum: past first program delivery, actively selling, and ready to grow. Your mandate is to retain and expand them. You'll combine the leverage of scaled enablement with the focus of direct account ownership, running expansion and co-sell plays where the opportunity warrants it while keeping the whole book healthy and progressing.

You operate with an account manager mindset: incubating partners for sustained growth rather than transacting and moving on. You'll carry both a direct revenue number and a partner-influenced pipeline number, and you'll own your partners end to end after initial signature: adoption, renewals, expansion, and the referral and co-sell motion.

What You'll Do

  • Own a named book of growth partners. Serve as the primary accountable owner for your partners after initial signature. Build trusted relationships with partner leadership, drive adoption, and keep every partner healthy and progressing rather than letting the long tail drift.
  • Drive direct expansion. Grow direct partner revenue by aligning license orders to partner program demand, identifying expansion as programs mature, and increasing license attachment across your book.
  • Run a co-sell and referral motion. Run account mapping with partners to surface enterprise opportunities, evaluate and route referrals to AEs, and manage co-sell engagements where the partner has documented ongoing involvement. Own the partner-influenced pipeline alongside direct quota.
  • Manage renewals and expansion commercials. Lead renewal and expansion conversations involving program fees and seat licenses. Hold commercial lines, know when to escalate, and partner with Legal and Finance on terms that fall outside the standard playbook.
  • Apply scaled enablement. Use and contribute to one-to-many enablement including webinars, onboarding, certification paths, templates, and self-serve resources so you can activate and grow partners efficiently without defaulting to one-to-one handling for everything.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally. Work across AE, Support, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to deliver for partners. Work closely with CSM peers to drive product utilization, successful program outcomes and net positive renewals. Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and partner data quality in HubSpot.

You're a Fit If You…

  • Bring 3 to 5 years in partnerships, channel sales, strategic account management, partner enablement, or a hybrid AE/CSM motion, with a track record of owning a book of named relationships
  • Have carried a direct revenue quota and/or a partner-influenced or activation pipeline number, and have hit it
  • Can show expansion and renewal ownership: growing accounts over time, not just maintaining them
  • Have navigated some commercial complexity; know when to hold a line, when to trade, and when to escalate
  • Blend scaled thinking with direct account focus: comfortable building one-to-many enablement and going deep on the partners that warrant it
  • Are organized and systems-minded enough to manage a full book without dropping balls
  • Bring CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with partner tooling such as Crossbeam and enablement platforms
  • Are comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where none exists, since this channel is still being built
  • Preferred: experience in SaaS, L&D, sales enablement, or the coaching/training industry
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% to 20% of the time to support partner-related events and conferences

Why Yoodli

  • Competitive compensation $160-175K OTE + meaningful equity
  • Full benefits: healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, flexible PTO
  • High-impact, mission-driven work with direct customer feedback loops
  • Work with a humble, driven, deeply collaborative team
  • A product you'll use and believe in, every single week
