Careers at Yoodli

We are the AI Platform for Human Skills

We exist as a company to help people get measurably better in their careers. We help individuals do this by helping them land their job, onboard at their companies, learn new skills, practice a speech, sales pitch, or difficult conversation, and then take their Yoodli coach with them from one role to the next. For organizations, this means helping you upskill your entire workforce for the AI future.

We’ve always believed in human potential. In 2021, Esha and Varun started Yoodli as an AI communication coach to help people communicate with confidence. Since then, our users have used Yoodli for so much more: to learn new concepts through AI roleplays, to practice different kinds of conversations (sales pitches, job interviews, manager conversations), and even to use Yoodli as a personal coach for learning Gemini, Claude, or other AI tools. That’s why we expanded our technology to become the AI Platform for Human Skills.

Who We Are

Our team includes former employees from Google, Apple, Microsoft, Tableau, and beyond, united by a passion for empowering people using AI. We’re headquartered in the heart of Seattle, and we’re having a lot of fun along the way. Our culture is built on failing fast, iterating constantly, and taking bold bets. We value humility, authenticity, and a can-do attitude, and we were named one of Washington’s 100 Best Workplaces by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2026.

We’re backed by Madrona, Neotribe, the Allen Institute for AI, Westbridge Capital, and Cercano, and have raised over $60M to date.

Yoodli was named to TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026 in the Education category. Our customers include Google, RingCentral, Databricks, Snowflake, Sandler, Dale Carnegie, Toastmasters, and more, with over 1 million learners in more than 150 countries. We’ve been featured in TechCrunch, Forbes, Fortune, WSJ, GeekWire, and several other outlets (www.yoodli.ai/press). You can try the platform for free at www.yoodli.ai and learn more about us in this TED Talk.

Who sees it. Yoodli staff involved in hiring, and the service providers that run our hiring and document systems on our behalf. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's use.

Where it's stored. In the United States. For candidates in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it. Four years after your application if you aren't hired, so we can consider you for future roles and respond to any questions about the process. If you're hired, it becomes part of your employee record and is kept for four years after your employment ends.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, or ask us to stop considering you at any time. Email compliance@yoodli.ai.
