WHO WE ARE

YouAppi is a rapidly growing performance marketing company that helps brands drive meaningful growth across mobile and connected TV (CTV), covering both user acquisition and retargeting strategies.

YouAppi’s solutions are built on machine learning and automation, enabling data-driven optimization and campaign success across app retargeting, CTV retargeting and CTV User Acquisition. Leveraging our proprietary DMP and DSP, we deploy sophisticated algorithms to efficiently scale performance campaigns and deliver measurable, long-term results. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Onboard new advertisers and coordinate all related aspects, including data integration, advertising strategy, testing, and creative optimization.
• Handling and managing daily reports to ensure our campaign’s pacing and performance.
• Monitor and maintain ad quality.
• Analyze performance data to highlight key trends and take actions that can make an impact.
• Communicate the operational needs while suggesting improvements to our Product and R&D teams.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the mobile advertising industry,  preferably with an RTB-focused company.
• Good technical knowledge of mobile advertising technologies: oRTB, SSP, DSP, ad serving, attribution providers, and ad tracking.
• Good understanding of Mobile Apps’ performance marketing/user-acquisition/re-engagement strategies (Gaming is a plus).
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, humble, and curious attitude to continually grow and learn.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent English.
