About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join a fast-paced team and contribute to hiring top Go-To-Market (GTM) talent. In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment, this role will play a pivotal part in redefining the talent function at you.com by aligning recruitment strategies with the company’s mission to attract and retain top-tier talent. By focusing on where the organization creates the most value, this position will help ensure that the best people are placed in the most impactful roles, ultimately driving innovation and growth. The role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for GTM positions, and familiarity with the Greenhouse ATS platform. The position is a 40-hour-per-week contract role, with working hours aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST). The contract is eligible for extension or conversion to a full-time equivalent (FTE) position based on performance and organizational demand.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting within software companies, with a strong focus on hiring for GTM and technical positions.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Proven ability to source and engage top technical talent in a competitive market.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Availability to work PST hours and commit to a 40-hour workweek.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and hiring needs.
Contract Details
- This is a contract position with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time role based on performance and business demand.
- Remote work is supported, but working hours must align with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
Salary Band
$105,000 - $145,000 USD
