About the Role:
Onboarding:
- Design and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience, utilizing leading HRIS and onboarding platforms (e.g., Rippling, Deel) to automate workflows, ensure compliance, and drive early engagement for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and IT to ensure all systems, equipment, and access are provisioned prior to start dates.
Offboarding:
- Manage the offboarding process to ensure compliance, knowledge transfer, and a positive exit experience.
- System deprovisioning, and final payroll/benefits administration.
Tool Management (Rippling, Deel, Lattice, etc.):
- Own the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of HR technology platforms, including Rippling for HRIS and document management, Deel for global payroll and compliance, and Lattice for performance management.
- Train HR team members and business partners on tool usage and best practices.
Performance Reviews:
- Lead the design and execution of performance management cycles using platforms like Lattice, ensuring timely feedback, calibration, and alignment with company goals.
- Partner with leadership to drive a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.
Audits:
- Ensure ongoing HR compliance by preparing for and leading internal and external audits (e.g., payroll, benefits, I-9, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Payroll:
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions (leveraging tools like Rippling and Deel).
- Partner with Finance to reconcile payroll data and support audits.
Benefits:
- Manage the evaluation, design, and implementation of competitive benefits programs that support employee well-being and retention.
- Manage vendor relationships, annual renewals, and employee communications regarding benefits.
Analytics:
- Develop and maintain people analytics dashboards to inform strategic decision-making, track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, DEI), and measure the impact of People initiatives.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in HRIS, payroll, and performance management systems (Rippling, Deel, Lattice, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices in a global context.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive process improvements, and influence at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in people analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
Salary Band
$130,000 - $160,000 USD
