About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and validation of enterprise SaaS AI solutions for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that balance technical excellence, usability, and business value. You will guide customers and internal teams through the entire solution lifecycle—from discovery and detailed design to implementation and solution validation—ensuring that our offerings are robust, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences. This position requires a blend of technical depth, process rigor, and a user-centric mindset, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Responsibilities

Solution Discovery & Design

  • Lead discovery workshops with customers and stakeholders to elicit business, functional, and technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer objectives and constraints .

  • Translate business needs into comprehensive solution architectures, including process flows, technical blueprints, and user journey maps .

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that usability and user experience are integral to the solution design, supporting seamless and intuitive interactions .

  • Develop detailed technical designs, including system integrations, data flows, and security models, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards .

Technical Leadership & Solution Validation

  • Serve as the technical authority throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance on architectural decisions, technology selection, and best practices .

  • Oversee the implementation of solutions, working closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure fidelity to the design and timely delivery .

  • Lead solution validation activities, including technical feasibility assessments, performance testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements .

  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable .

Process & Project Management

  • Define and document solution delivery processes, ensuring repeatability, quality, and continuous improvement across projects .

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, providing regular updates to stakeholders and escalating issues as needed .

  • Support resource allocation and coordination, ensuring the right mix of technical and business expertise is applied to each initiative .

Customer Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and setting clear expectations regarding solution scope, timelines, and deliverables .

  • Partner with sales, customer success, and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and drive impactful business outcomes .

  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights and solution performance, influencing product enhancements and roadmap priorities .

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to customers and internal teams, ensuring effective adoption and long-term success with our solutions .

  • Develop and maintain solution documentation, architectural artifacts, and best practice guides to support ongoing customer success.

 
Qualifications

Technical Acumen

  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise SaaS and AI solutions, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) .

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with modern DevOps/MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) .

  • Demonstrated ability to architect solutions that balance technical, business, and user experience requirements .

 
Process & Project Management

  • Proven experience leading solution discovery, detailed design, and validation processes in complex enterprise environments .

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities .

 
Communication & Leadership

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences .

  • Experience building trusted relationships with customers and internal teams, and navigating challenging conversations to drive consensus .

 
Problem-Solving & Results-Driven

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines .

  • Innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies and industry trends .

 
Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or AI/ML certifications) are highly desirable .

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on architect who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and user experience, and who is passionate about delivering transformative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band

$155,000 - $200,000 USD
