We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, systems-minded, and comfortable working at the intersection of process and strategy. You should thrive in a fast-moving environment and take pride in building clarity from complexity.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing rules, and approval workflows
- Lead the quote-to-cash process, ensuring order forms, pricing, and renewals are accurate and consistent
- Support renewal operations by partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure timely renewals and clean data
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to manage forecasting cadence, improve pipeline visibility, and build actionable reports
- Maintain data quality across opportunities, quotes, and accounts, ensuring accuracy in all revenue-related reporting
- Partner with Finance and Legal on deal desk operations, pricing validation, and vendor onboarding
- Work with Product Ops and Engineering to operationalize API billing and usage-based pricing models
- Develop dashboards and analytics that give leadership a clear view of bookings, renewals, and forecast health
- Continuously refine sales processes to reduce friction, improve accuracy, and scale efficiently as the business grows
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk roles within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ required
- Proven ability to design, manage, and improve quoting and approval workflows
- Experience managing renewals and ensuring contract accuracy across CRM and billing systems
- Familiarity with usage-based or API-driven billing models preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn data into insights that drive action
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Finance, and Legal
- Comfortable owning multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
