Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Agent (Relocation Advisor), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers planning a move. You’ll handle inbound calls and inquiries, provide clear and accurate information on services and pricing, and schedule moves that set both our customers and Operations team up for success.
This is an in-office, full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences during major life transitions.
Compensation & Schedule
- $16.83/hour base pay + commission (55k-60K total compensation)
- Full-time, in-office position
- Performance-based earning potential
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Educate customers on You Move Me services, pricing, and availability
- Schedule residential and commercial moves accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our CRM system
- Track sales activities and document all customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address questions or concerns
- Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure smooth execution of scheduled moves
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with confidence on the phone
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic computer tools
- Sales, customer service, call center, or hospitality experience is a plus
- No moving industry experience required — we’ll train you
