WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain our data pipelines and data integrations with 3rd parties. 
• Setup, configure and also develop tools to work with data and get access too. 
• Work on tools for monitoring data quality, testing solutions and best practices. 
• Helping analysts and stakeholders in investigations with data issues on the technical side. 
• Develop and support several data apps for specific business domains.
• Work with and help evolve the whole Yousician backend codebase.

 

WHO YOU ARE

Must haves: 

• Strong experience in Python (or strong experience in some other language, and Python a bit less..)
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with AWS or GCP or Azure
• Hands-on experience working with one or more operational databases, e.g. MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Understanding of Data Engineering principles and basic data pipelines designs.
• Experience with git, docker

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery 
• Experience with data modeling and DBT
• Solid understanding of parallel computing and “BigData” concept
• Experience with 3rd party data infrastructure solutions providers
• Experience with API development
• Experience with bazel
