Sales Representative (Independent Contractor)

We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings, such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking, and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is a commission-based position. Income is based on an individual’s skill, and compensation per year ranges from $40K - $100K.

Role Description:
● Identify and develop new clients with overseas warehousing and cross-border logistics needs

● Promote company services, including warehousing, fulfillment, and end-to-end supply chain solutions

● Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and long-term partnerships

● Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities

● Prepare quotations, proposals, and support contract negotiations

● Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

● Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets

● Provide feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields

● Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or overseas warehouse sales is a plus

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as a contractor

● Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus

● Familiar with supply chain processes preferred
