We are seeking a Business Analyst to partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients, leveraging the latest AI tools to analyze business challenges and help develop effective, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Use cutting-edge AI tools to help business partners and clients analyze problems, identify opportunities, and shape solutions.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of related solutions and applications.
Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Continuously refine and optimize solutions based on business feedback.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Strong analytical, learning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients independently and perform effectively under pressure.
Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to lead client communications.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
