Security Compliance Officer

We are looking for a new colleague to join our security team as Security Compliance Officer. We are seeking someone with proven hands-on experience in implementing standards and who is an excellent communicator. Working closely with the different teams in the whole managerless company, you will be a key player in compliance.

What you'll do:

• Participate in the company's recertification according to ISO 27001 and certification according to SOC2 Type 2.
• Work with the latest regulatory standards (EU NIS2, EU DORA, EU CRA, AUS IRP, US EOB, US SSDF) and actively participate in their implementation.
• Analyze each standard, uncover risks, and do a financial plan and timeline.
• Independent work with a high degree of responsibility in a managerless environment.

About you:

• Experienced in implementing compliance standards. 
• Have a deep knowledge of the latest regulatory standards (EU NIS2, EU DORA, EU CRA, AUS IRP, US EOB, SSDF, CMMC) and related requirements. 
• Taking responsibility for completing tasks. 
• Have excellent analytical and communication skills. 
• A very good listener and trustworthy party for different teams in the company. 
• Advanced (B2) written and spoken English  
• Fluent written and spoken Czech or Slovak
• Understand or willing to learn about technologies such as  cloud computing (Azure, AWS), Static application security testing, SW composition analysis, dynamic application security testing, attack path management, identity access management, extended detection and response
