Hardware Compliance & Account Specialist

We’re looking for a new team member to join us —someone who thrives on structure, precision, and smooth execution. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing the end-to-end order process, from quotation through to invoicing, while also coordinating hardware compliance with international product standards. You will also directly support selected customers.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across teams, cares about customer satisfaction, and is energized by variety and ownership. We pride ourselves on delivering great customer care with deep knowledge of our HW products.

What you'll do: 

Account Management & Order Administration 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with selected customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data (contacts, billing/shipping details, etc.)
  • Support and track quotation delivery to customers, ensuring prompt turnaround 
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle: entry, validation, processing, invoicing, and shipping
  • Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal requirements
  • Compile reports on account status, order progress, forecasts, and key metrics
  • Collect customer feedback and propose improvements to enhance service and reduce costs

Hardware Compliance & Certification 

  • Coordinate certification processes for HW products in line with international standards (e.g. CE, FCC)
  • Prepare and manage documentation for compliance purposes
  • Communicate with testing labs and certification bodies
  • Address and resolve compliance-related issues

You’re the right fit if you have: 

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience with international hardware certification
  • Proactive and flexible mindset
  • Ability to manage expectations across various stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and resilience under pressure
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Czech and English at B2 level or higher
