Business Development Manager DACH region

Ready to take the lead in one of Europe’s key markets? As our go-to expert for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you'll be the face of Y Soft—driving growth, building powerful partnerships, and delivering exceptional value through our innovative product portfolio. 

If you have a proven track record in software solution sales, speak fluent German, and can leverage your existing network within the Print and Capture industry, we want to hear from you. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, with a focus on pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support. 
• Support partner sales efforts, lead meetings, and develop business plans to achieve sales targets. 
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions. 
• Monitor industry trends and maintain regular communication with stakeholders. 
• Represent Y Soft as a key contact for escalations and customer success throughout the lifecycle. 

About you: 

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager/Customer Success Consultant/XX in B2B software solution sales, preferably in the print industry, MFP/MPS, or cloud transformation. 
• IT background with knowledge of mobile/cloud-enabled infrastructure and document management solutions. 
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work in cross-functional organizations. 
• Confident communicator and presenter with both technical and business stakeholders. 
• Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written). 
• Deep understanding of partner/customer dynamics, sales cycles, and value-based selling. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to continually develop skills and knowledge.
