Business Development Manager DACH region

As our go-to expert for the DACH region, you’ll be the face of Y Soft—driving business growth, strengthening partner ecosystems, and delivering measurable value through our software solutions. This role combines strategic sales leadership with deep partner engagement and a clear focus on customer success.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and enterprise customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Drive pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities to ensure a seamless customer experience and sustained business growth.
  • Support partner sales initiatives through joint planning, enablement, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Translate customer needs into high-impact technical solutions using Y Soft’s product suite.
  • Monitor market trends, gather regional insights, and represent the DACH perspective internally.
  • Represent Y Soft as a key contact for escalations and customer success throughout the lifecycle. 

About you: 

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Regional Sales Manager in B2B software, ideally in the print, MFP/MPS, document capture, or cloud services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, including mobile and cloud-enabled infrastructure, secure print, and document workflow solutions.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Skilled at building trust, managing long-term relationships, and leading through influence.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling, channel partner dynamics, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
