Jr. Finance Accountant for APAC

We are looking for a new junior colleague to join our Finance department and support the day-to-day finance operations in our offices across the APAC region. 

This position is ideal for candidates who already have some basic knowledge or experience in accounting and are looking to further develop their skills in an international environment. What you´ll do:

• Preparation of supporting documentation for posting incoming invoices and other internal documents
• Compilation of supporting materials for VAT and tax returns, including road tax, withholding tax, and property tax
• Assists in the preparation of the corporate income tax return
• Supports month-end and year-end closing activities, including audit preparations
• Prepares and reviews sub-ledgers and performs account reconciliations
• Assists the Finance Manager in standardizing, streamlining, and improving financial processes

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year working experience in accounting 
• An understanding of Czech accounting  
• Fluent level of English and Czech 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
• Attention to detail, reliability and numerical accuracy 
• Experience with a global ERP system is an advantage 
• Knowledge of taxes and GL is nice to have
