Office Administration Intern

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy student to join our Operations team for the summer (July - September), with the option to continue long-term if we’re a good match.

What you´ll do:

  • Support our office assistants with invoice data entry, supplier records, and sorting mail
  • Work up to 20 hours per week, mainly weekday mornings, the busiest times are Monday and Tuesday mornings
  • Initial onboarding and training in person at our Brno office (approx. 2 weeks), then possibility of remote work
  • Flexible schedule by agreement

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who is a fast learner, independent, and communicative
  • Confident with MS Office and general computer skills
  • Communicates in Czech and English at B1 level
  • Isn’t afraid to ask questions – you’ll always have supportive colleagues online
