Office Administration Intern
Brno
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy student to join our Operations team for the summer (July - September), with the option to continue long-term if we’re a good match.
What you´ll do:
- Support our office assistants with invoice data entry, supplier records, and sorting mail
- Work up to 20 hours per week, mainly weekday mornings, the busiest times are Monday and Tuesday mornings
- Initial onboarding and training in person at our Brno office (approx. 2 weeks), then possibility of remote work
- Flexible schedule by agreement
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is a fast learner, independent, and communicative
- Confident with MS Office and general computer skills
- Communicates in Czech and English at B1 level
- Isn’t afraid to ask questions – you’ll always have supportive colleagues online
