Here´s another challenge ahead of us as we are building cross-functional teams (Sales and Customer support) of the future. It might be not-to-miss opportunity for you, as we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team for the European region.  

What you´ll do:

You will be a part of a self-organized cross-functional team. Your squad will consist of solution consultant, sales representatives, and another senior technical consultant. Together you will deliver end-to-end care to Y Soft partners and customers. Specifically, your tasks will be to: 

  • Provide technical pre-sales & post-sales support to our customers and partners. 
  • Deliver implementations, upgrades and configurations of Y Soft products. 
  • Troubleshoot incidents and provide problem analysis and software testing. 
  • Be responsible for the delivery phase of new deployments. Provide complex technical Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Y Soft cloud and on-premises products. 
  • Use various IT technologies to tackle complex and unique support tasks (SQL, Wireshark, infosec practices, PowerShell). 
  • Act as a primary technical contact for partners and customers. 
  • Act as a trainer for both partners and customers (online and on-site). 
  • Suggest improvements for all Y Soft products. 

About you: 

We are seeking someone who is an excellent communicator and wants to be close to our business partners and customers. Someone whose dopamine level pops once the technical riddle is solved.  Someone who values the responsibility of making autonomous decisions rather than being subject to direct orders from managers. 

What is a good background for this job? 

  • 3 years of pre-sales or post-sales consultation experience 
  • Can-do attitude whether it comes to a challenging technical issue or learning new things 
  • Broad IT skills in operating systems, networks, and SQL databases (Windows servers, Linux, TCP/IP, SQL, etc.) 
  • Advanced (B2) written and spoken English is a must; Fluent French
  • Ability to comprehend customer needs and devise the most fitting solution
