Video Production Specialist
We’re seeking a creative and hands-on Video Production Specialist to join our Marketing team and help bring our ideas to life through engaging video content.

What you´ll do:
- Create a wide range of content: product videos, tutorials, social media clips, interviews, and screen recordings
- Develop video concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives while collaborating on scripts with stakeholders across the company
- Contribute to video strategy and come up with new formats and ideas
- Plan and coordinate shoots (locations, schedules, equipment, talent) and handling on-set production, including camera, audio, and directing.
- Take care of postproduction – editing, color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics
- Manage video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo), including publishing, metadata, and optimization
- Manage product and corporate photoshoots
- You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Frontline, HR, and other teams across Y Soft, work with external partners such as studios, editors, and voice-over talents, and partner closely with your colleagues to shape priorities, timelines, and direction.
About you:
- You have significant hands-on experience with end-to-end video production
- You’re comfortable working independently - organizing your work, managing your time, and making decisions within your area of responsibility.
- You’re confident using Adobe Creative Cloud
- You have a strong eye for detail, design, and storytelling, and enjoy turning complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals.
- You’re organized and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
- You have experience with professional video equipment and production logistics
- You have basic graphic design skills
- You actively use AI tools in your workflow
- You speak and write both Czech and English
- You’re looking for a full-time role (not freelance or contract work)
- You can regularly visit the office in Brno.
Our team:
You’ll join our international Core Marketing shared services team—a creative group at the heart of our marketing efforts. The team currently consists of two Senior Marketing Managers: Marcel, based in the UK, who leads Y Soft’s brand, design, and visual identity, and Amanda, based in Copenhagen, who oversees content, search visibility, and marcoms.
You’ll collaborate closely, not only within this team but also with the wider marketing department (including partner marketing, product marketing, and tools & training) as well as frontline teams across Y Soft.
Your work will range from independent tasks to collaborative projects. Overall, the wider marketing team aligns its work across product roadmap themes tied to Y Soft’s flagship product, SAFEQ. In Core Marketing, we also work on independent tasks tied to partner requests as well as other lines of business and departments.
