The role:

Yubico is looking for a dynamic, experienced Sales Director to join our expanding enterprise sales team in India.  This individual will work with our rapidly growing customer base and new business prospects to drive Yubico revenue and enterprise utilization.  We welcome a strong, detailed individual who has deep knowledge of the enterprise market. Revenue booked is a critical measure, but this role is so much more. It's also about changing the world and bringing trust back into our digital world for customers, partners and their customers. 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute your strategic and tactical business plan to drive revenue and large scale adoption of Yubico products and services within a set of named accounts
• Own the revenue number (sell to and sell through) for your area through: 
• New customer acquisition
• Expand existing relationships within a set of installed base of accounts
• Define and land new strategic relationships 
• Provide thought leadership to customers and, when available, at industry events
• Partner with Yubico Channel Managers for re-sale of Yubico solutions
• Develop strong champions who actively advocate for Yubico
• Coordinate with internal resources in a dynamically growing business to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• When required, work collaboratively with Solution Engineering to develop complex solutions
• Reporting to the SVP of Sales, APJ
• Travel to meet customers as needed
  
  

What you bring:

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in a similar field-facing role, with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Vertical Expertise: Proven success driving large-scale technology adoption within the Financial Services and Government/Public Sector markets. You possess a deep understanding of the unique procurement cycles, regulatory compliance standards. 
• Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and marketplace; specific knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a HUGE PLUS
• A clear understanding of Central and State Government RFP processes, including the National Public Procurement Portal (GeM).
• C-Level Fluency: Comfortable navigating both business-value and high-level technical conversations with CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs to articulate ROI and risk reduction.
• Channel DNA: Understanding and experience from channel sales models.
• Role Type: Ability to thrive as a high-impact Individual Contributor while collaborating effectively across a global team.
