About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Team. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will use healthcare domain knowledge to perform market research and analyze value-based care data while tracking product performance and recommending feature enhancements, mainly focusing on Yuvo’s Master Patient Index (MPI) solution. This is a full-time, remote position for employees based in the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Work as part of a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Scrum Master to inform and evaluate new features and experiences developed by the Product team
  • Assist Scrum Master as a subject matter expert and point of contact for product requirements
  • Leverage data to generate insights and strategic recommendations that directly inform and shape the product development roadmap
  • Synthesize inputs from diverse internal and external sources to develop clear, cohesive product requirements and user stories
  • Assist with periodic regression testing for product performance evaluation
  • Data storytelling via decks and dashboards on product performance and market research findings that relay insights to non-technical audiences and senior leadership
  • Assist with designing and measuring A/B tests that help product teams understand the impact of new/alternate versions of features on user behavior
  • Prioritize task with product impact in mind, assessing speed/precision tradeoffs, and proactively communicating project statuses to collaborators and teammates
  • Stay abreast of market trends and opportunities
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably required by the Company.
  • Up to 25% travel as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Data Science related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of experience in a business or product analyst position or one year’s experience as a senior business/product analyst
  • Experience with the full product life cycle
  • Experience in using data from multiple sources to improve products or processes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present product performance and market research findings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams

We'd Love To See

  • Experience working in an early-stage startup
  • Experience in healthcare, specifically Risk Adjustment and HEDIS
  • Experience working on Master Patient Index and related projects/solutions
  • A strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques for analyzing and interpreting data models
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques for developing predictive models
  • Experience using SQL or equivalent query language
  • Experience with Python coding especially Splink Package
  • Experience working with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
  • Experience using process mapping and documentation tools (Confluence, LucidChart, Shortcut, etc.)
  • Experience working on global teams spread across multiple time zones

Benefits

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000/year
