P&C Operation Specialist

Programs/Projects:

• Support continuous improvement changes to P&C operations focused on optimization, efficiency and high value work with seamless use of technology (e.g., processes, compliance with regulations/legislations) with the broader team to execute and measure success

EE and Mgr. Inquiries:

• Executes day-to-day requests from employees and managers including intake, escalation, resolution and closure within expectations / SLAs, including:
  Support overflow of inquiries in secondary areas as needed
• Apply a consistent positive experience to the business by providing quick resolution of requests and queries both on the floor, and through technology platforms
  Interfaces with and supports employees and line management by providing guidance on P&C policies and procedures.

Operations (Global):

India-specific

• Support India payroll- and benefits-related administration from a standards standpoint
• Drafting of India-based employment agreement

Global including India

• Drive end-to-end onboarding experience for all new joiners by coordinating onboarding from offer acceptance to day 1 for all new joiners globally 
• Complete BGV processing India and Row 
• Support processing of all global mobility requests
• Support day-to-day management of employee information on HRIS
• Support regular audit and compliance reviews, adhering to policy, compliance and legal standards

• Adopt usage of ChatGPT
• Collaboration with other teams (see to the right)
