What You’ll Do

As the Office Administrator for our Dubai office, you’ll be the go-to person for everything from day-to-day coordination to official government interactions. You’ll also manage our DSO (Dubai Silicon Oasis) portal and ensure all corporate requests are handled on time.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
• Oversee daily office operations — supplies, vendors, and facilities.
• Keep the workplace organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Support the team with scheduling, travel, and office logistics.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding logistics in collaboration with HR and IT.

DSO Portal & Corporate Requests
• Operate and manage the DSO portal for all company requests and ticket submissions.
• Handle trade license renewals, visa applications, and lease renewals.
• Liaise with DSO authorities and government entities to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all approvals, renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Track renewal timelines and ensure everything is done ahead of deadlines.

Office & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee procurement, payments, and vendor agreements.
• Keep all office systems running efficiently — both physically and digitally.

Continuous Improvement
• Keep logs and reports of DSO activities and office operations.
• Suggest and implement new tools or processes to make things smoother.
• Support compliance audits and ensure data accuracy.

What We’re Looking For
• 2-4 years of experience in office administration or operations within the UAE.
• Hands-on experience managing the DSO portal or other UAE free zone systems.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Professional, approachable, and trustworthy.
