ポジションについて (About the position)

Zeals のデザインチームにおいて、ハンズオンで活躍するシニアデザイナーの一人としてご活躍いただきます。

戦略段階から実行まで、高いインパクトを持つプロダクトイニシアチブをリードし、ユーザー中心でありながら、ビジネス上も重要な体験を形にしていただきます。

デザインシステムの進化を主導し、インタラクションデザインやビジュアルデザインの品質向上を推進するとともに、組織のデザイナーのメンターとして育成に関わり、ロールモデルとしてもご活躍いただきます。

また、プロダクト、エンジニアリング、リサーチ、ビジネスなどの各分野のリーダーと連携し、ビジョン策定、優先順位の整合、複雑な課題の解決にも取り組んでいただきます。

業務内容（Responsibilities）

• 　事業インパクトが大きく、可視性の高いプロダクトデザイン案件をリードし、実行する
• 　UX / UI / インタラクションデザインにおける深い専門性を活かし、スケーラブルで洗練された体験を設計する
• 　プロダクト全体の品質と一貫性を高めるデザイン基準を策定し、その実行を牽引する
• 　各部門のリーダーと協働し、プロダクト戦略を策定するとともに、ユーザー視点を意思決定の中心に据える
• 　デザインシステムの進化を推進し、スピード・一貫性・ビジュアル品質の向上を実現する
• 　シニア／ジュニア問わずデザイナーの育成・サポートを行い、チーム全体の強化に貢献する
• 　組織全体にユーザー中心の思考を浸透させ、デザインがビジネス成果に貢献できるよう役割を高める
• 　戦略的なリサーチ機会を見極め、UX リサーチャーと連携して有用なインサイトを導き出す

応募要件（Requirements）

• 　プロダクトデザインの実務経験 6 年以上、かつ高いビジネスインパクトを生み出した実績
• 　デザインクラフトの高さやプロダクト・チームに対する戦略的貢献が分かるポートフォリオ
• 　UX / UI / インタラクションデザイン原則への深い理解と、細部へのこだわり、システム思考
• 　大規模プロダクトにおけるデザインシステムの構築・改善のご経験
• 　優れたストーリーテリングおよびコミュニケーション能力（ステークホルダーとの整合・共感・影響力）
• 　他デザイナーの育成およびサポートのご経験
• 　曖昧な状況でも自律的に構造化し、前に進める力
• 　Figma の高い熟練度
• 　日本語ネイティブレベル

• デザインオペレーションやワークフローツールに関する知識・ご経験
